A judge has directed all workers of impeached Deputy President (DP) Rigathi Gachagua who were sent on compulsory leave, to file their contracts before she gives further directions as to the hearing of the matter.
Employment and Labour Relations Court Judge Hellen Wasilwa said the contracts of all the 108 employees alleged to have been sent on compulsory leave, should be attached to the proceedings.
